Chandler model KB17, from the 2018 season, is un-cracked and exhibits evidence of excellent use. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right, left and back barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Cleat marks can be seen on the back barrel. Also visible on the bat is an impression from a weighted batting donut and there is moderate coat of Mota Stick on the handle. The mark visible on the handle identifies the face grain of the bat. This is a mandatory marking, per Major League Baseball, for all maple bats since January 2009. The length and weight are stamped on the front barrel and written on the knob in silver marker. Bryant’s number (17) is written on the knob in silver marker and on the top barrel in black marker. A great bat of the Cubs All Star 3rd baseman and outfielder!
