Adirondack model SG6, circa 1974-1975, exhibits evidence of excellent use with a handle crack. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the right and back barrel. Ball marks include black ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Also visible on the bat are blue bat rack streaks and some infield/batters box clay. There is a moderate coat of pine tar on the handle. The model number (SG6) is stamped into the knob. Garvey’s number (6) is written on the knob and top barrel in black marker. A Steve Garvey autograph with the added notation “1974 NL MVP” is on the front barrel in black.  The autograph has been authenticated by PSA and their sticker (4C37365) is affixed to the back of the handle.  The bat has been graded a PSA GU9. A great bat of the All Star 1st and 3rd baseman!

The bat is accompanied by a PSA Letter of Authenticity and a letter from the 1974-1975 Cincinnati Reds visiting clubhouse batboy.
