Rawlings/Adirondack model 154A, from the 1987 season, exhibits evidence of excellent use with a handle crack that has been repaired. Several ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on the left and back barrel. Ball marks include black ink transfers and white leather scuffs. Cleat marks can be seen on the right, left and back barrel. Also visible on the bat are blue bat rack streaks and there is a moderate coat of pine tar on the upper handle. The model number (154A), order number (002) and year (7) are stamped into the knob. The weight (32) is written on the knob in blue ink and Schmidt’s number is written on black marker. A Mike Schmidt signature and the added inscription “548” are on the front barrel in black marker. The bat has been graded a PSA GU 9. A great bat of the Hall of Fame 3rd baseman accompanied by our graded PSA Letter of Authenticity.
