Rawlings model MAC25, from the 1997 season, is un-cracked with excellent use.  Slight checking (grain swelling) from repeated ball contact is on the back barrel.  Several ball marks are visible on the left and back barrel.  Ball marks include black ink transfers.  There is a moderate coat of pine tar on the upper handle around the Rawlings logo.  The model number (MAC25), order number (478) and year (97) are stamped into the knob.  McGwire’s player number (25) is written on the knob and top of the barrel in black marker. The bat has been graded a PSA GU9.5. A great bat of the All Star 1st baseman!
