Hillerich & Bradbsy model S44, circa 1973-1975, exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a handle crack. Some checking (grain swelling) from repeated ball contact is on the back barrel. Many ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on all sides of the barrel. The model number (S44) is stamped into the knob. The bat has been graded a PSA GU8. A great bat of the All Star 3rd baseman!
